The Belz Museum of Asian and Judaic Art is located at 119 South Main Street in the former Goldsmith’s Department Store.

The museum is just one block west of the Peabody Hotel and is accessible from the Main Street Trolley line. Within walking distance of great shopping, dining and Memphis’ own Beale Street, the museum is located in the heart of Downtown Memphis.

Driving west down Union Avenue, turn left onto Second St. (The Peabody Hotel will be on your left.) Follow to Peabody Place Avenue. Turn right. Garage, lot, and metered parking is available along Peabody Place Avenue. Once parked, walk north on Main St. (one block west of Second St.) along the trolley line to Pembroke Square Building on the left (one-half block north of Peabody Place Avenue. **The museum will validate parking for all of the Peabody Place garages.

  • Student and Adult group rates available, please contact the museum for details.


Hours of Operation

  • Tuesday - Friday 10:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.

  • Saturday & Sunday 12 noon until 5:00 p.m.

  • The museum is closed Mondays and Major holidays.
    (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday & July Fourth)
